Over the past decade NightScenes Landscape Lighting Professionals has developed a pretty good reputation in the greater Austin metropolitan area, as well as the Highland Lakes. Home owners have come to know us as the go-to company for quality outdoor lighting systems that are designed to last for many years; and they also know that we will be there to take care of any problems that may arise.
Property management companies and real estate companies are learning this too. It’s taken awhile, but we’re getting more and more calls either from the agents or the homeowner’s association board members to repair or replace existing lighting systems at entries and in common areas that don’t seem to be doing what they were originally installed to do. We are always excited to learn that one of our clients has referred us to their HOA or management company.
Property managers and real estate agents have enough to worry about than to have to deal with lighting issues all the time. Good quality lighting, designed well and installed properly should always function without adding to the headaches an agent or HOA must face every day. So if we can alleviate those issues once and for all, and save them some money with cost efficient, energy-saving LED products, they sure do love us! Today alone we got two calls from two different development HOAs asking us to look at their lighting; both were referred by a property manager that we helped out about a year ago. We were happy to hear from him because he hasn’t had to call us back on his project since we took care of it. And, of course, we are very grateful he can refer us additional business. Another property manager who works for a very large management company shares our information to all of the other agents in her office. We’ve taken care of lighting problems at five different properties for her over the past four years. We haven’t had a service call on any of properties, so it seems everything is still operating well and we continue to get her referrals.
The point I’m trying to make is simply this. We can help homeowner’s associations, property management companies and home owners themselves by eliminating the stress caused by their outdoor lighting problems. We do it the right way, the first time. This takes one more headache off of their plate for a very long time, saving much more than just time and money.
