Path lights are used a lot to illuminate changes in elevations like steps or uneven ground.  Of course they are also used to illuminate walkways.  We like to use them to shine light down onto flowerbeds and low plants because it really is the best method to do so other than down lighting from a tree or other structure.

In our continuing series of “How To” videos, Chad is demonstrating the steps to be taken to properly maintain a typical path light fixture.  This maintenance should be performed twice a year to insure that you are getting the full benefit and output of the fixture.  Of course if the lamp burns out it should be replaced as soon as possible because it could affect other lights in the system.

If you are in the greater Austin or Texas hill country area and your outdoor lighting is in need of some maintenance, we invite you to contact us here.
