I can’t tell you how great it is to hear from clients about how professional and courteous our team is. It seems that this is one of the most frequent compliments we get at NightScenes. Our team seen here from left to right are: Ryan, Chad, Andy and Paul Jr.
We have a few fundamental guidelines that we follow here, and I think their impact really shines when our team members interact with our clients, vendors, neighbors or anyone else.
- Always come to work clean and neat and in uniform. Proper grooming, hygiene and attire are a must every single day.
- Always treat everyone the way you want to be treated. Everyone wants to be treated fairly, honestly and openly — so that’s how our team treats everyone.
- Be respectful at all times. I think this is where we really shine because some people in the green industry can be less personable, and sometimes even arrogant about their business, but we want our team to treat each property with respect – like it’s even more special than their own space. We are proud of our work and want it to show.
- Communicate clearly and often. Communication is probably the most important thing for any relationship; and since we are building relationships with our clients, this is paramount.
I have to say a big thank you to our team of professionals for conducting themselves in such a manner that people will make a point of telling me about it. They also tell others – as seen in our social networks!
